Prices
Course fees are listed under each class.
For classes held in Copenhagen, a reduced price is available for pensioners, early retirees, and students.
Payment
You can pay by credit card/MobilePay, via online banking, or by visiting our office, where you can pay by card, cash, or MobilePay.
Cancellation by Participant
If you regret your registration, a refund can be issued up to 14 days before the course starts.
Failure to pay does not count as a cancellation.
Cancellation of Classes (by the School)
If a class is cancelled due to too few registrations, teacher absence, or similar reasons, the course fee will be refunded.
Disclaimer / Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the teaching schedule, such as replacing teachers, postponing the course start, changing the teaching location, etc., as well as possible printing errors. In case of a cancelled lesson, you will generally be offered a replacement class.
If the course or event must be cancelled after it has begun due to war, natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, snowstorms, epidemics, or similar circumstances, this is considered force majeure, and there will be no right to replacement classes or refunds.
You may take a trial lesson at a cost of 180 DKK. If you decide to join the course afterward, the amount you have already paid will be deducted from the full course fee.

What We Collect
We collect your name, address, date of birth, and contact details when you register for a course or event.
Why We Collect
It
Your data is used to administer your enrolment, communicate course information, and report participant data to the municipality as required by the Danish Folkeoplysningslov.
How Long We Keep It
Accounting records and participant lists are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year. Contact details are deleted no later than 2 years after your last enrolment, unless you have actively re-registered.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, and request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at claude@myosun.dk.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.dk.
